High frequency hypertrophy program

The approach used in this program is one of my favorites. Inspired by both performance training (American football) and weightlifting, I have always believed in the principle of high frequency to build both muscle mass and strength.

By high frequency, I’m not talking about the number of sessions per week, but the number of times per week that you will work each muscle. This program includes 4 sessions per week where you will work all muscle groups each day, mainly using multi-joint movements.

In the first phase, the goal is to improve the nervous system-muscle connection as well as isometric balance and eccentric strength with concentric strength dominating the majority of the programs.

In the second phase, the focus is on building a foundation of muscle mass and strength.

Finally, in the third phase the emphasis is on maximizing the development of maximal strength.

The results will be a strong, dense physique that performs as well as it looks!
