This program is for anyone who wants to develop various athletic qualities and be as complete as possible. The ultimate athlete program targets areas of performance, hypertrophy, strength and cardiovascular development.

The program is divided into different progression zones for the 3 basic exercises which are the bench press, squat and deadlift. Each progression phase aims to specialize a variation of the exercise in order to cover the major weak points of the range of motion and muscles involved in the movement concerned.

The program also aims to develop the athlete’s muscle mass by using a wide variety of exercises and repetition patterns. The volume and intensity are modified at each session. For those who like variations, you will be served.

Finally, the program also includes a number of days dedicated to conditioning the athlete by working on both the cardiovascular and muscular systems of the athlete. These days are also designed to optimize recovery.

The program contains 12 weeks of complete and detailed progression with 6 training sessions/week. The result is a stronger, bulkier, faster and more enduring athlete.
