When Anthony first walked into a gym at the age of 14, he quickly realized that he had a passion for fitness. Not without pain, he quickly realized the magnitude and importance of a healthy mind in a healthy body. In other words, having the biggest arms possible. Joking aside, it was this passion and discipline that led him, a few years later, to join the Rouge et Or of Laval University in Quebec City.
During his years as an athlete, it was on the volleyball team that Anthony discovered the real world of physical preparation for high level sports. He soon realized that he preferred weight training to the sport itself. He realized that you can take the man out of the training, but you can’t take the training out of the man.
Wanting to make a living from his passion and be considered among the best, Anthony turned to the best in the fitness industry to acquire and perfect his knowledge. One of his mentors once told him, “You are a reflection of the 5 people you are around the most.” This sentence was very revealing for him. To this day, he has dozens of internationally recognized training courses.
His competitive spirit and his continuous desire to learn push him to constantly acquire, develop and apply new knowledge in everything related to the development of the human body and health.
Always with the goal of helping as many people as possible, Anthony works with people whose goals range from getting back into shape, to losing fat, to gaining muscle mass, to optimizing athletic performance.
Anthony defines himself as an “athletic development specialist”. In short, he wants each of his clients to reach their full potential. His goal is to coach his clients on their lifestyle, diet and training. He is convinced that optimal coaching for maximum results requires these 3 aspects.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable. – Socrates 469-399 BC
